Description
1. Material: pure copper (T1, T2, copper content ≥ 99.9%, excellent thermal conductivity, for electrical appliances, precision parts); brass (H62, H65, copper-zinc alloy, easy to process, high strength, for hardware, fasteners); bronze (QSn6.5-0.1 tin bronze, wear-resistant corrosion-resistant, used for bearings, valve spools; QAl9-4 aluminium bronze, high-strength, used for mechanical structural components); white brass (B19, B30, copper-nickel alloy, weather and seawater resistant, used for instrumentation, marine fittings).
2. Standard: GB/T 4423 (pure copper bar, brass bar), GB/T 20405 (bronze bar, white copper bar); international standard ISO 6892, American standard ASTM B16, Japanese standard JIS H3250.
3. Size: Diameter 5-200mm (fine bar 5-20mm, regular bar 20-100mm, thick bar 100-200mm); length 1-6m fixed size, can be customised according to the required truncation; cross-section is mostly round, but also square, hexagonal (side length 5-80mm).
4. Processing technology: copper ingot melting → casting into billets → hot rolling (rough bar forming, reducing the diameter and toughening)/extrusion (complex cross-section bar) → cold drawing (finishing, to improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish) → annealing (elimination of processing stress, adjusting the hardness) → surface treatment (pickling to remove oxidation skin, polishing) → finishing (straightening, truncation) → inspection (composition, size, mechanical properties testing).
5. Applicable industries: electronic and electrical appliances (conductive rods, connectors, pure copper rods); hardware manufacturing (bolts, nuts, doorknobs, brass rods); mechanical engineering (bearing bushings, valve cores, tin bronze rods; high-pressure structural components, aluminium bronze rods); instrumentation (pointer shafts, precision fittings, white brass rods); automotive industry (small transmission parts, connectors, high-precision copper rods); architectural decorations (handrail, decorative parts, polished). (handrails, decorative parts, polished brass rods).
