Description
1. Material: Aluminium alloy-based, mainstream models are 6063 (easy to extrusion forming, good plasticity, suitable for construction/decorative profiles), 6061 (can be heat-treated to strengthen, high strength, used for industrial structural components); auxiliary models 3003 (rust, suitable for mild corrosion scenarios), 5052 (corrosion-resistant + high toughness, outdoor frames), aviation-grade 7075 is less used for conventional profiles.
2. Surface: common anodic oxidation surface (natural/coloured, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, mainstream in the field of construction), electrophoretic painting surface (uniform luster, strong stain resistance), powder coating surface (rich in colour, excellent weathering, for outdoor use), wood-grain transfer surface (simulation of wood grain, decorative); the basic surface of the original colour (untreated), pickled surface (de-oxidized to facilitate the subsequent processing).
3. Standard: National standard GB/T 5237 (aluminium and aluminium alloy architectural profiles in 5 parts covering different surface treatments); International standard ISO 14680, American standard ASTM B221, Japanese standard JIS H4100.
4. Dimensions: no fixed standards, customised according to use, common cross-section shapes are rectangular, square, channel, I-beam, shaped (such as door and window frames, radiator section); wall thickness is usually 1-5mm (1.4-2.0mm for building profiles, and more than 10mm for industrial profiles), the length of the conventional 3-6m, and can be cut to length as required or customised.
5. Process: Aluminium ingot melting → casting into cast bar → heating and extrusion (extruding the target cross-section through the die) → on-line quenching → aging treatment (to enhance the strength) → surface treatment (oxidation, spraying, etc.) → finishing (cutting, straightening, drilling) → inspection (dimensions, performance testing) → packaging.
