Description
1. Material: pure aluminium (1050, 1060, high aluminium content, good plasticity, suitable for light processing); aluminium alloy (3003 containing manganese, excellent rust resistance, general-purpose scenario; 5052 containing magnesium, corrosion-resistant + high toughness, for outdoor use; 6061 containing magnesium-silicon, heat-treatable to strengthen the mechanical structure of the main force; 6063 easy to extrusion molding for profile processing; 7075 zinc-magnesium, high-strength, aerospace / (High-end machinery).
2. Surface: natural (untreated, matte metal, for industrial basic parts); pickled surface (removal of oxide skin, clean surface, easy for subsequent processing); polished surface (mirror/matte, high finish, decorative or precision parts); oxidized surface (anodic oxidation, generating wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant film, which can be coloured to enhance the appearance and performance).
3. Standard: GB/T 3191 (Aluminium and Aluminium Alloy Extruded Bar), GB/T 1220 (General Aluminium Bar Basic Standard); International Standard ISO 2107, American Standard ASTM B211, Japanese Standard JIS H4040.
4. Size: Diameter 5-500mm (thin bar <20mm, medium bar 20-100mm, thick bar >100mm); length conventional 3-6m fixed, can be customised 2-12m, large diameter bars can also be supplied according to the weight of a single (5-500kg).
5. Process: ingot melting → casting into round billet → extrusion (hot extrusion forming, diameter control) → stretching (finishing size, improve accuracy) → heat treatment (annealing / aging, adjusting the hardness and toughness) → surface treatment (pickling, polishing, oxidation) → finishing (straightening, cut to length) → flaw detection (to eliminate internal defects) → packaging.
