Description
1. Material: mainly 1000 series of pure aluminium, such as 1050, 1060, high aluminium content, cheap, widely used; 3000 series, such as 3003, manganese-based elements, good rust resistance; 5000 series, such as 5052, 5083, the main element of magnesium, low density, high strength; 6000 series, such as 6061, containing magnesium and silicon, can be heat-treated to strengthen; 2000 series and 7000 series belong to the aviation aluminium, less used in conventional industry.
2. Surface: commonly available in natural colour, oxidized surface, oxide film can be self-coloured, corrosion and oxidation resistance; there are colour coated surface, film surface, embossed surface, etc., in addition to anodic oxidation treatment of the mirror, brushed surface.
3. Standard: Commonly used national standard GB/T 3880, GB/T 16501, etc., international ISO standards, American Standard ASTM, etc..
4. Size: the thickness is usually 0.1-10mm, the width is 800-2100mm, and the length is unlimited.
5. Processing technology: usually includes melting, casting, cold rolling, bending and straightening, surface treatment, etc. Surface treatment process includes anodic oxidation, painting, laminating, embossing and so on.
6. Applicable industries: Widely used in the construction industry, such as curtain wall, roofing, thermal insulation, etc.; electronic and electrical industry, such as mobile phone frame, computer shell, heat sink, etc.; packaging industry, such as food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, etc.; automotive industry, such as body coverings, battery trays, etc.; but also used in machinery manufacturing, kitchen utensils, lamps and other fields.
