Description
1. Material: Mainstream pure aluminium (1050, 1060, good plasticity, corrosion resistance, suitable for light processing); aluminium alloy (3003, manganese-containing, slightly higher strength, general-purpose; 5052, magnesium-containing, corrosion-resistant + high toughness, outdoor; 6061, magnesium-silicon containing, can be heat-treated to strengthen the mechanical structure; 7075, zinc-magnesium-containing, high-strength, aviation-grade).
2. Surface: common colour (untreated, metal matte), oxidation surface (anodic oxidation, generating color/native oxide film, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant), film surface (covered protective film, anti-scratch, used for decorative purposes), brushed surface (texture uniformity, to enhance the sense of texture); special needs of the spraying surface (electrostatic spraying, weather-resistant), polished surface (mirror effect, decorative purposes).
3. Standard: GB/T 3880 (aluminium and aluminium alloy plates and strips for general industrial use), GB/T 2040 (dimensional deviation of aluminium and aluminium alloy plates); international standard ISO 2091, American standard ASTM B209, Japanese standard JIS H4000.
4. Dimensions: Thickness 0.2-500mm (thin plate <3mm, medium plate 3-20mm, thick plate >20mm); width 200-2600mm (conventional 1220mm, 1500mm); length 1000-6000mm (conventional 2440mm, 3000mm), can be customised to extra-wide/extra-long dimensions.
5. Processing technology: aluminium ingot melting → casting into billets → hot rolling (thick plate) / cold rolling (thin plate, control precision) → heat treatment (annealing / aging, adjusting the hardness and toughness) → surface treatment (oxidation, drawing, spraying) → finishing (shearing, levelling) → inspection (size, performance testing) → packaging.
