Description
1. Conventional materials: mainly low carbon steel (carbon content ≤ 0.25%, such as Q235, SPCC), a small amount of medium carbon steel (0.25%-0.60%), containing silicon, manganese and other impurities, low carbon steel plasticity, easy to process.
2. Standard: GB/T 700 (carbon structural steel), GB/T 3274 (hot rolled steel coils), GB/T 11253 (cold rolled steel coils); international standard ISO 630, Japanese standard JIS G3141 and so on.
3. size: thickness 0.1mm-20mm, width 600mm-2000mm, coil weight usually 3-30 tonnes (can be customised).
4. Process: rolling (hot rolled coil: heating rolling; cold rolled coil: room temperature rolling hot rolled substrate), surface treatment (pickling, oiling, galvanising), heat treatment (annealing and softening), slitting (cut into fixed-width flat plates).
