Description
1.Conventional materials: mainly low carbon steel (carbon content ≤ 0.25%, such as Q235, 10 #, 20 # steel), a small amount of medium carbon steel (0.25% -0.60%, such as 45 # steel), containing silicon, manganese and other impurities, low carbon steel weldability, plasticity is good, high strength of medium carbon steel.
2. Standard: GB/T 3091 (welded steel pipe for low pressure fluid transport), GB/T 8163 (seamless steel pipe for fluid transport), GB/T 9711 (steel pipe for oil and gas industry); international standard API 5L, ISO 3183 and so on.
3.Size: seamless pipe OD 6mm-630mm, wall thickness 1mm-70mm; welded pipe OD 10mm-2000mm, wall thickness 0.5mm-20mm, length usually 6-12m (can be customised).
4.Processing: Forming (seamless pipe: hot rolled/cold rolled and perforated; welded pipe: rolled and welded steel strip), surface treatment (pickling, galvanising, anticorrosion coating), heat treatment (annealing, normalising), flaw detection (ultrasonic/excursive current detection).
5. Applicable industries: construction (water supply and drainage, fire-fighting piping), petrochemical (oil and gas transmission), machinery (hydraulic system piping), electric power (steam piping), municipal (gas transmission) and so on.
