Description
1. Material: substrate commonly used SGCC, SGCD, SECC, DX51D+Z, etc., for mild steel; coating for polyester (PE), silicone-modified polyester (SMP), high durability polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and other organic coatings.
2. Zinc layer thickness: generally between 15g/㎡-275g/㎡.
3. Standards: Commonly used standards include JIS G3302, EN10142, EN10137, ASTM A653, etc.
4. Size: The thickness is usually 0.15mm-1.2mm, the width is 600mm-1250mm, and the weight of the coil is usually 3 tonnes-8 tonnes, which can be customised. 5.Processing: galvanised sheet as the substrate, after chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment and other surface pretreatment, the surface is coated with one or several layers of organic paint, and then baked and cured.
