Description
1. Material: base material is low carbon steel (carbon content ≤ 0.25%), commonly used grades SGCC (hot-dip galvanized substrate), DX51D + Z (continuous hot-dip galvanized substrate); coating is pure zinc or zinc-iron alloy, part of the colour-coated galvanized substrate (polyester / silicone-modified polyester coating), the substrate to ensure that the molding properties of the plating/coating to enhance the anticorrosive properties.
2. Zinc layer thickness: ordinary hot-dip galvanised corrugated sheet 40-180g/㎡ (corresponding to a thickness of 5.6-25.4μm); high anti-corrosion scenario 200-275g/㎡; colour coated galvanised corrugated sheet substrate zinc layer ≥ 60g/㎡, surface coating thickness 15-30μm.
3. Standard: National standard GB/T 2518 (base plate standard), GB/T 12755 (colour coated steel plate and steel strip, including colour coated corrugated sheet); industry commonly used YX series model standard (such as YX25-210-840).
4. Dimensions: Thickness 0.18-1.2mm; Effective width 600-1200mm (e.g. 840mm, 900mm, 1050mm); Wave height 15-75mm, wave spacing 100-300mm; Single length 2-12m (can be customised), also available in rolls.
5. Processing technology: pre-treatment of substrate (pickling → hot-dip galvanised/colour coated) → roll forming (rolled into corrugated shape by corrugator) → cutting to size → edge treatment (deburring) → inspection and packaging.
6. Applicable industries: construction (factory/warehouse roofs, fences, temporary houses), agriculture (greenhouse roofs, livestock farm roofs), municipal government (temporary fences, public facilities canopies), transport (toll station roofs, container side panels).
