Description
1. Material: Mainstream austenitic stainless steel (304, 316L, corrosion-resistant, easy to process, applicable to a wide range), ferritic stainless steel (430, low-cost, magnetic, suitable for the basic scene), a small number of martensitic stainless steel (410, quenching and hardening, strong toughness) and duplex stainless steel (2205, high strength corrosion-resistant for special conditions), the substrate are low-carbon stainless steel, to protect the ductility.
2. Surface: common 2B surface (cold rolled matte, flat and smooth, easy to follow up processing), BA surface (cold rolled glossy, high surface finish); industrial grade No.1 surface (hot rolled pickled surface, rough, suitable for load-bearing/structural components); special needs HL brushed surface (texture uniformity and anti-scratch), 8K mirror (highly reflective, decorative), matte surface (matte, to reduce the reflection).
3. Standard: GB/T 3280 (cold rolled stainless steel strip), GB/T 4237 (hot rolled stainless steel strip); international standard ISO 3575, Japanese standard JIS G4305, American standard ASTM A240/A666.
4. Dimensions: Thickness 0.02-3mm (cold rolled strip mainly, ultra-thin strip can be up to 0.01mm); width 3-600mm (narrow strip <100mm, wide strip 100-600mm); length on demand (rolls mainly, single roll weight 0.5-5 tonnes, support for cut-to-length), part of the flat straight strip (single sheet length 1-5m).
5. Process: stainless steel billet smelting → hot rolling (high-temperature rolling for thick strip/coil, removal of oxidation skin) → cold rolling (rolling several times to thin to the target thickness, control the precision) → heat treatment (solution annealing, to eliminate internal stresses, improve corrosion resistance) → surface treatment (pickling, polishing, drawing, etc.) → finishing (flattening, slitting, trimming, coiling) → inspection and packaging.
