Description
1. Material: pure copper (T1, T2, excellent electrical/thermal conductivity, suitable for electrical appliances, refrigeration tubes); brass (H62, H65, copper-zinc alloy, high strength, easy to process, used for water supply and drainage, hardware tubes); bronze (QSn4-3 tin-bronze, wear-resistant corrosion-resistant, suitable for mechanical-hydraulic tubes; QAl9-2 aluminium-bronze, high-strength, used for high-pressure pipelines); white bronze (B19, B30, copper-nickel alloy, weather-resistant, seawater-resistant, used for marine, instrumentation tubes). 2. Standard: GB/T 1527 (drawn copper tube), GB/T 17791 (air-conditioning and refrigeration copper tube), GB/T 20928 (seamless copper tube); international standard ISO 6598, ASTM B88, JIS H3300.
3. Dimensions: Outside diameter 3-200mm (thin tube <10mm, regular tube 10-50mm, thick tube >50mm); wall thickness 0.5-15mm; length of regular 1-6m sizing, can be customised coils (length of dozens of hundreds of metres) or cut on demand.
4. Process: copper ingot melting → casting into billet → extrusion / piercing seamless billet → drawing (cold / hot drawing, fine control of the size) → annealing (to eliminate stress, adjust the toughness) → surface treatment (pickling to remove oxidation, degreasing and cleaning, plating (tin / nickel plating) corrosion prevention) → finishing (straightening, cutting the fixed size) → flaw detection (to detect internal defects) → packaging.
