Description

1. Material: pure copper (T1, T2, T3, copper content of 99.95% or more, excellent electrical/thermal conductivity, suitable for electrical appliances, precision parts); brass (H62, H65, copper-zinc alloy, high strength, easy to process, used for hardware, piping); bronze (QSn6.5-0.1 tin-bronze, abrasion-resistant corrosion-resistant, suitable for bearings, valves; QAl9-4 aluminium-bronze, high-strength, used in Mechanical fittings); white copper (B19, B30, copper-nickel alloy, weather resistance, for instrumentation, marine equipment).

2. Standard: GB/T 2040 (pure copper plate), GB/T 5231 (brass plate), GB/T 2059 (bronze plate, white copper plate); international standard ISO 1652, ASTM B152, JIS H3100.

3. Size: Thickness 0.2-50mm (0.2-3mm for thin plate, 3-10mm for medium plate, more than 10mm for thick plate); width 200-2000mm; length 500-6000mm, customised cutting sizes are available on request.

4. Processing technology: copper ingot melting → casting into billets → hot rolling (thick plate forming) / cold rolling (thin plate rolling, improve precision) → annealing (stress relief, adjust the hardness) → surface treatment (pickling to remove oxidation, polishing to increase the brightness, plating (nickel / chromium plating) to improve corrosion resistance) → finishing (shear, calibration) → inspection (composition, size testing).

5.
